Direct Posting to Sales Account

If I am selling a non Item to a customer (Sales Invoice) can I use a G/L Line direct to the Sales Acc.

Tehnically yes - but you must put a checkmark Direct Posting field in Chart of Accounts - otherwise you'll get a message "Direct posting not allowed"

And you must be sure about Account No you choose - but its not tehnical, but an accounting question...
