C/odbc with MSSQL

Hi to everyone.
I create a linked server to navision database with c/odbc in enterprise manager.
then i create a view in mssql.
when i try to get the field Classe type code from the navison database, i get the error message: Unexpected data length returned for the column: ProviderName='MSDASQL', TableName='[MSDASQL]', ColumnName='Classe', ExpectedLength='11', ReturnedLength='0']
