Setup Bins in WMS

Hi,
We're using NAV5 with WMS.
How can I setup my bins to make sure that overflows bins are always defaulted when users need to do picking or put away?
here only overflows bins are used to do picking. Users are not allowed to go elsewhere.

However, replenishment must be done to replenish those picking bins after.

1. You can set the default bin for those items
2. You can set to rank the overflow bins with high priority
3. Only set the Bin Type for the overflow bin to be Pick. Set the other bins so they don't use the pick Bin Type
