calculate Qty to ship on open form

Hi there,

I recently added two fields to the salesline table
first field = Reserved Qty in stock (this field shows us when a reserved item is physically present on our location)
second field = Special order in stock (this field shows us when a special ordered item is physically present on our location)

Now I want to recalculate the field "Qty to ship" on the Sales shipment form when I open this form.

Can anyone tell me in what section of the form I have to put my code so the mentioned field "Qty to ship" shows on opening the form the recalculated values?
