Item tracking lines issue

Hello

i m having issues with serial number tracking in nav v4. I have set up a finished goods item to be manufactured as a serialised item. Now i manage to get through the standard manufacturing process with no problems until i try and complete the production order. At the output stage i assign the serial number which then attaches it to the production order and the sales order. But when i try and complete the production order it says i need to assign a serial number. i look in the item tracking lines and it says that the serial number is there but there is no quantity to handle, and that it has already been handled.

i now cannot process the production order and backflush the items on the BOM as it says i need a serial number WHICH IS THERE!!! ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

please help before i need to buy a new laptop after throwing my mouse through the screen thank you

I'm not sure because I've got no experience with NAV 4, but those lines should be in the reservation entry table
After posting they come in the item tracking lines table
