Error while upgrading Nav 4 to Nav 5

While upgrading the navision 4.0 custom database to Navision 5.0 I am getting an error,you do not have permission to create "Payment Terms" Table. I am importing the merge object file
after Compare and Merge process, I am using Nav4 developer Licence file.

With a License like this you cannot create a Table in an MS or Vertical Solution range, neither you can create a Field of those tables in a similar range. You must first use FOB import to create the tables / fields and after that import your text to update your changes. See the Help of the import worksheet in order to get details on how to import objects with the merge option...
