Business Analysis

Hi All

I am facing a problem while running configurator in Nav 4.0 database for0 Business Analysis. "Execute SSIS package" is not running and giving error. Although I have already installed the SSIS Custom Task manager 4.0 and all SQL services are running properly.
Can Somebody guide me for this prblem

Maybe worth to try:
Check the Service Pack Level of SQL Server.
