User menu level

Hello Nav guru's can someone help here? i would like to know what is the User menu level table is used for and why Nav is trying to update it when the user tries to log in? :oops:

This table store user menu permissions (and restrictions). It is updated ever time you change the menu suite but also logging will insert records if a user has never logged in before.

If you open the "Navigation Pane Designer", you have the possibility to "Assign Users" for the selected menu.
With disable the "Assign Flag", the system stores this information in the "User Menu level" table.
