Export Excel Problem

I am using the original export to excel icon in navision for exporting a table of data.
Once I push the button, it warns me that I should set the max. record to be exported higher.
After I have set the max. to a higher number, when exporting, it seems that ms excel warns me that there is a worksheet setting error, would anyone help me to solve the problem?
