Hi,

One more thing MY client company is Manufacturing . Here he purchases the Raw material and make finished goods. But some time he sells the Taw material also.

So for this purpose do I need to place a check mark in the field In the Company information card.

Excise Tab – Trade co .

Please suggest me about this one.

you should not use it. it is required when a company takes a seprate trading E.C.C. number and seprate ecxise returns (RG23D) needs to be submitted.

My client sells the Finished products from 3 locations .
that 3 locations has different E.C.C.Numbers.

But still iam not able to understand the use of the field Trade co in Company information card and Location card.

Please let me know about when we use this field.

If it is a manufacturing company then do i need to place a check mark. ?

You will use the company information field if the company is in the business of trading goods and not manufacturing. The location card field is used when the location is used for trading activities having a separate ECC number.
