Nav 5.0 and Windows Server 2008

Hi there,
I try to install Nav 5.0 SP1 MY on Windows Server 2008, However I get this problem:
Error 1935: An Error occured during the installation of assembly component
9BA....C8B3B9A1E18E HRESULT:0X800736CC
I already find this error on net, but i could not solve it..
Have anyone ever try it successively install on Windows Server 2008?
Can you help me? [-o<
