The Steps in Routing are
Step 10 which involves
Operator 1 ,Operator 2 and Operator 3
Machine 1, Machine 2 and Machine 3.
These machines uses a High Valued Raw Material which i define it as a BOM Item.
All machines and Operators as currently identified as Machine Center.
I might alternate Operators to either of the three Machines
ie All combinations are possible in this step as I require to identify the productivity and efficiency of iduvidual operators and Machines.
Step 20 which is testing the output of operation 10 from each and every machines.This is done once in 2 hours.If any non conformance occurs,the respective Machine Center will be on a down time for corrective action.
Will it be possible on a single production order?
How do i set routing?
How do i handle the downtime?
