SOVED F6 disabled in a NAV 5.0

This is an installation with NAV 5.0 without service pack with 15 clients (more or less) in Windows Vista.
Today, there are three users that cannot click with de mouse in the fileds with F6 (like Type in a invoice line, o Item No. in a invoice line). Also they cannot click in the left corner of a screen to select all the records and copy - paste to excel i.e.
Yesterday was working ok, and there is nothing modified in Nav environment.
I'm trying to compile more information from the users, but this is all I know till now.
Any idea?
The error can be from server, from client, ... :shock: :arrow:

It might be a problem with their zup file. Try renaming the zup file and try again.

The question is that before I post in this forum I said to my customer to reboot the server and try again.
And now it works!.

Impossible to know what happened, all we know now is that it's working.
Somtimes, computers is only a question of faith, isn't?
Fantastic for now but is there a problem waiting to resurface. Anyway the old "Reboot the Server" strikes again
