Credit Limit in Service Orders

Hi,

I just found out that Credit Limit field on Customer Card doesn't have any effect in Service Orders :shock:
Is that really so, or I'm doing something wrong?

If that is so by design, how do you guys solve this problem?

What version are you using? In version 5.0, credit check is enabled when you enter service orders.

Check the 5.0 Service Header table. It's simple to copy and paste the code where the credit check is done without doing a full upgrade.

I found an option "Check Customer Credit Limit" in "Service Mgt. Setup" table, and now credit limit check does work on service header, as it works in NAV 5.0, but it still doesn't work in Service Invoice Line (neither in NAV 4.0 SP3 nor in NAV 5.0 SP1).

Problem solved by copying credit limit check from Service Header ant pasting it into Service Post codeunit
