How to idenfity number of files in a windows folder. ? We are trying to work on E-Doc functionality in Ax 4.0.. Any system defined class available ?

Well, WinApi can help you do that.
If your Classes\WinAPI does not contain a function like that yet, you can always add it.
I am not sure this function actually exists in Windows API, so you can iterate files in the folder, counting them at the same time.
