Changes in Service Contracts from 3.60 to 3.70

Hy everyone,
can anybody explain to me, why in Attain 3.60 it is not possible to create more service contracts for one and the same service item.
In 3.70 this does work.
What do I have to do to create more service contracts for one service item in 3.60?
