Manually upgrading to 5.0 Jobs

Hello, we have a customer on version 2.0 that is highly modified in the Jobs area. We won't be able to use the upgrade toolkits and I was curious if anyone has done this or if any information is available?

Jobs are completely different in version 5. This will either have to be a re-implentation or you will need to bring the old jobs over in a custom range.
