Need a help in Navision Overview

i need a help of somebody else......

i need some basic navisioin overview questions . since i had planned to write the exam by next week..

Also i need some docs for crm module . since most of the people said that the questions will be coming from out of the book ..

Hi,

some questions are really out of the books. If you don't have any knowledge about CRM, you could read a book about it (there are many short books: university students use them to prepare exams).
If you have knowledges about real business world, it could be easier to imagine how Navision should have to work.
Try to search CRM in Internet and search for links used by the students
(I know links only in Italian language).
