Report - testing if next section is on next page

Is there a way to test if the next section is on the next page?
And if that test is true, can i put the last record of the previous section on the next page?
I want to do that because I have to edit the order report and when the total section doesn't fit anymore on the page, I want the last purchase line to appear on the next page. This to avoid pages without purchase lines on it.
