Payment to employee

Hi to all,

My client wishes to pay advance and miscellaneous expenses to the employees. How can i do this? there is no employee journal where i can select the employee name in the journal line field.

Kindly help.. as I am very new to NAV

Define Employee as vendor and route the transaction thru vendor ledger.
