How to take Online Backup

Dear Friends,
I am trying to take Online Backup, I mean even though some users are online we are trying to take backup but we could not able to do this. We Have multiple location so its very difficult us to ask all to logout at the time of taking back up.
my Data Base size is : 1.2 GB
Server Using : Citrix.
Please help me in this regard.

See the chapter on 'Server Based Backup' (Hotcopy.exe) in 'w1w1ism.pdf' in the Doc folder of your Navision product CD.0

If you are using a C/Side database the either hotcopy, wich is useful if you want to automate the process, or inside the Navision client go to Tools -> Backup. Both these can be performed while there are users in the system. If you are on a SQL Database use either the Backup from the client as above or just use SQL to perform the backups.
What you don't want to try doing is taking a backup of the .FDB file directly using external backup software while the database is in use.

Dear Ian / Freidns,
As u said i tried to take Backup from Client using the path u mentioned, but i am getting error as 'Dead Lock'.
Is it reliable to take backup from SQL server options.
