WMS Setup Put awt worsheet and bins

Hi all!
I need some help to be able to setup my put away template.This is my scenario:
I have bins that are default for items so each bin must contain aunique item. However when doing the put away , if the is no room in the dedicated bin, i want the system to suggest another bin where i can place.
I also do not want the system to suggest any other dedicated bins but only those where i can put my item. ( my item can be place in different bins).
Also i want to be able to use replenishment base on the space that one bin can content.
Can you gime suggestions to setup my put away template worksheet; my item bin contents etc....
Any help will be appreciated.
