[Help]Database Logins Form

I want to insert some aditional information for the Database users, and i can create new fields in the User table (2000000002) but i cant edit the Database logins FORM.
Is it possible to edit it???
The form is called from the menu Tools\Security\Database Logins.

Sorry, this form is not availeble for design.
To fill your custom. fields, you need a new form.

And, I will preffer to extend table User Setup with the new fields, because what about situation, that customer starts using WIndows Logins? What you will do with these fields which will work only forDatabase Logins? Think about it... it is not wise...

For user defined field use the "user setup" table (91)
