problem when print document with line

I'm using Epson LQ-2180, print document with line for each total, the preview is perfect but some line doesn't show when i print. How is that possible? Preview doesn't match with the result...
Any clues?

Navision is not good with dot matrix printers. The .001 mm positioning is too fine for the printer driver, which is expecting positioning within only 3 or 4mm, so the driver translates the positioning unreliably. There seems to be no other way than to keep moving the text around until it works correctly.

I already found the problem, i change borderwidth from hairline to 1pt.
