more than one approval templates

Hello all,
The Navision 5.0 got the approval process can use. In the approval template also can setup more than one template for same approval code and document type. When I set it up for Sales order and test it in sales order. It seems have problem for having two approval process.
The error message as figure. Does anyone know what's happen? :?

We are facing the same problem in NAV 2009. Were you able to identify the problem ?
