I would like to know "How One can delete his Post, if he made same post twice by mistake?"

And

What is the procedure to change the Password of Login? From Where ANYONE can change his password?

You can change your password in your profile, which you can access over the User Control Panel.

Report the post for double posting, the moderator will lock the post and later on it will be deleted. Users are not allowed to delete the posts.

And for reporting a post, you need to click the red '!' at the right side of the post.
