Outside of Matriks, do any of you know of a quality, flexible, document management software that integrates with Navision?

Although it may be too late, I would like to introduce and suggest another, albeit, very different solution. Depending on your needs, this may be a great fit.

From our experience, most document management systems (i.e., Matriks and others) are primarily developed and used to help companies manage existing electronic documents (e.g., word, excel, etc.). The short fall of these solutions (i.e., document management) is that they do not address in-coming paper (AP invoices, proof-of deliveries, returned checks, signed contracts, etc.) and if they do --- they do it poorly. Until now, scanning and ERP complex, time consuming and error prone.

The challenge for all document management systems is getting "paper" into the system (i.e., quickly and easily converting paper documents into scanned images that are automatically linked to postings/transactions/records etc. in Navision).
