How to change NAV 5.0 appearance to indicate a test db

Hi all, we just migrated from 3.60 to 5.0 SP1. In 3.60 we changed the main menu's background color of the test db, so the users know in a glance, that they're working in the test db.

In 5.0 there is no main menu anymore.

Do you know any trick to make it clearly visible to the users, that they are working on a test db.

Any advice is very appreciated.
