adding a contact number

I am a very new in navision.
and, a task is given to me, which, is to add a contact # (phone/fax) to the buy_from and to the bill_to part of the report.
any insights??

It is not completely clear what you need, but I think it is this:
you need to print some address data and need to add the contact phone/fax to it.

For formatting this data, functions in codeunit 365:"Format Address" are used. But those fields aren't included. I would copy the functions that are most similar to what you want and change the copy to include phone/fax and then use those on your report.
