developer tookit for 5.0 databse

is there a toolkit available for a 5.0 database?
I can't find it.

I still use 4.x version

In our company, some of us just changed to Vista.

We then had to change back the database version to 4.0 SP3, to have NDT working!!
(That is backup 5.0 SP1 DB, new 4.0 SP3 DB, and restore backup there)

I don't want to highjack this topic, but I'll do it anyway Do yourself a favor, and have everyone install Virtual PC 2007 and give everyone a blank XP Pro VPC that they can use to install things like that. I've been down the road of trying to make everything work in Vista, and had to re-install it three times already, and my computer can't even reboot anymore (I have to turn it off and back on to restart).
