Insufficient Inventory????

Hi,

Once we create an SO, there's a warning that prompt About Insufficient in Inventory, But once We check the Inventory of that Item, there's Enough Inventory for that Item. Is NAV also count the Qty of an item in the Hanging SO? Hoping for your reply..THANKS

any advise about my scenarion:

1. We make an SO.
2. That SO will copy to create an Sales Invoice.
My Question is it safe to Delte the SO that has been copied in the sales Invoice? Hoping for your reply.Thanks

What do you mean by SO "will copy to create an Sales Invoice" - i.e. are you creating an unposted sales invoice? Are you using copy doc to create the invoice? Is the invoice posted?

Can you expand out the explaination please.

Yes, Im creating unposted Sales Invoice, using copy document from Sales Order..Becuase im check that after I copy the SO as sales invoice...Nav still count the Qty in the hanging Sales Order...So im Thinking to delete the hanging sales Order...but I want to confirm that if is ok to delete it..or there will bad Effect in NAV...hoping for your reply.Thanks
