What exactly is the thin-client and the Fat-clint in Axapta?
How to shutdown AoS service? please note i m on a standalone installation and as such hav a local server :P

It is simple. Believe me.
Thin-client uses client recources (calls to/from server only for update data), and fat is the same as two tier client (calls to/from server each time).
