Auto restore DB Nav attain

Hello everybody!
I have a problem. I need to restore BD everyday, without user. I'm restoring a company to the DB that allready have another companies. How can I do this? :?:

    Why this?

    Do you need all Datas of a / the restored company in a new Database where also other companies exist?

    I doesn't understand the reason ....., please give some more informations and the backround.

    Yes, I need All Data. I do this for consolidation.
