Share point server 3.0 install prob..in Employee portal

Hi..

i have faced one prob..

i have allready install sharepoint server 3.0 after i install the employee portal front end.thats time on e error is comming the error is

windows sharepoint services must be installed on this meachine befoure this installation can continue
how to solve this

What version of NAV are you running, I believe there was an issue with older 4.0 with ss3 ?
