I am using MS Office Excel 2003(11.5612.5606) Standard edition 2003
Running Nav 3.7...yes we are about to upgrade.
does it work with smaller reports? is this a huge report? perhaps the # of lines has been exceeded?

I have asked and asked and all of IT says that there were no new changes or upgrades.
I can not take that statement to the bank.
Other ideas? I on my own.
The only thing I can think of is memory usage. (not enough)
close all other open apps and all services running on the bottom right of your screen next to the clock.
or uncheck all start up programs (Start->run->msconfig->startup) reboot and if it works, then you know it's a resource problem.

there only 146 line that should be exported to excel.
HELP>>>ANY one?
anyway are there any wacky formulas or strange characters or 1000 columns?
you're not giving alot of info regarding which reports work & which do not.
So if this error only occurs on THIS report - you will have to take a hard look at that report.
perhaps some error is occuring on some variable. Is this a standard report, a custom report?

This is not the only report with the same exact error.
I have 4 more reports with the same problem. Each one work last week and now none of them do.
I have run thes reports on 2 other machines and they all have the same error pop up.
They seem to die at line...
TmpExcelBuffer.CreateSheet('Aged AR','Aged Accounts Recivable.','All Companies',USERID);
Report - OnPostReport()
//>>001
IF ExporttoExcel THEN BEGIN
TmpExcelBuffer.CreateBook;
TmpExcelBuffer.CreateSheet('Aged AR','Aged Accounts Recivable.','All Companies',USERID);
TmpExcelBuffer.GiveUserControl;
END;
//<<001
I created these reports about a year ago and now all of my excel reports are poping up with this same error. I have talked to IT but they deny any changes.
We receintly have a new phone system put in, that used the network and I do not know what they did. Neither does IT.
