Planning Worksheet with Multiple Locations

Has anyone modified the PW to use selected multiple locations as a combined supply and demand pool. Our client has multiple locations in place of bins due to problems with item tracking and bin visibility in previous releases. They are now on 5.01, but they have modifications that would be costly to retrofit. They have approximately 43 locations, of which many can provide multiple supply and demand routes. We are considering modifying the PW to combine all of the demand and supply for all locations, then write the suggested orders on the PW for the primary location. I know it sounds a little messy, but so is reworking the existing mods and writing additional mods to provide visibility of the lot quantities in bins.
Any suggestions are welcome. Many thanks.

Not exactly sure if I understand you, but we use multiple locations also, and you can set the sku reorder replenishment method to Transfer, and the transfer from code to the main location,

then the purchase requistion calculates the reorder for the main location, taking into consideration all the other locations, and then will also suggest the transfer order to stock that location

Themave - thanks, but that won't work in this case. We use that for other companies with a different setup.

In this case, the forecast is on the primary location, and multiple remote locations can be a supply point for any given item.
    For example - Item A.
    Main - Forecast 100000, QOH 20000
    Loc1 - Rel Prod Order - 10000
    Loc2 - Rel Prod Order - 10000
    Loc 9 - Rel Prod Order - 10000

PW - Plans orders for Main for 80,000. (And of course recommends cancellations for the 30000).

We all 3 locations (and potentially more, it varies by item) to show up as supply for Loc Main. The SKU card only allows 1 loc as supply.
We also don't really want transfer orders set up, but it's easy to delete those.

    Thanks,
