Unknown Error (28037)

Hi,
i've installed the Dynamics Mobile enviroment as describet in document "MobileInstallation.chm". Now, i want to synchronize from the PDA as last step. The Mobile Sales application says "Last execution failed with the error: Unknown error (28037)". Has anyone an idea, where i can search or find the issue?

I would there are connection problems.
Recheck app.config file.
