Error:"You aren't recognized user Axapta 2009 connect".

Hello everybody,

I have installed the software Ax2009.

When I try to start Ax on client-machines I get the following error:

The error reported is as follows: "You aren't recognized user microsoft dynamics ax connect".

Do we use an shortcut to ax32.exe with parm "-regconfig"?

If I log on the same machine as Administrator, Ax starts with no problems.
The client-config is the same on both Administrator and the other user.
Any ideas?

I would be grateful if anybody could give me some advice.

u have to add the user
administration -> user -> create new user

You have already asked that yesterday: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=29737 and you have the answer. Log in as administrator, and add user from administration area, then it should be no problems.
