Gantt error when using chinese windows environment

Hi all,
we have a problem with the Gantt diagrams when executing Production Schedule.
I am using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.01.
We have two virtual servers with Windows 2003 (identical CPS and software settings).
Server 1: Database Server (SQL), windows environment "English (United States)
Server 2: Terminal Server, windows environment "Chinese (PRC)"
Under chinese environment I get the error "Error showing schedule data..."
I found out that the Gantt is working on Server 1 and also on Server 2 if I change it to "English (United States)" also.
But I need the chinese environment for my users, that they can input all chinese characters.
Do I have to install a different version of the Gantt DLLs or anything else?
