Why a transfer order posting routines taking transfer order lines
to item ledger entry in a break item quantities
please help me .................

Because you have FIFO or another costing method and because if the quantity is applied to e.g. 5 input entries, it will create 5 output entries to be able to track all relations and correct costing... ;-)

Just a tip: You should NEVER expect that there will be only one item ledger entry for one journal line/transfer line... (in general - you should NEVER expect that something will be only true... ;-))
