Navision4.1 Dataport imports excel2007 issue

Hello,
Our Navision version is 4.0Sp1. CSV file lines cannot be imported to Navision if it is created or modified by excel 2007. It is no error message. CSV file can be imported if it is created by excel 2003.
Does anybody meet same issue? How to solve it? I don't want to change excel into 2003. Thanks.

(BTW: I always try to avoid CSV. I always use tab-separated.)
