Database close automatically

I am using Navision SQL 4.0 sp3 database.They r using SQL 2005.Their recovery model selected in SQL is full.When users are accesing Database then their Database shut down automatically after 15 mins. by giving following error:


Your connection to the 10.203.10.37 server is no longer responding.This is probably because of following errors:

*The server has been shut down,either manually or as a result of an error.
*Your session has been killed by administrator.
*A network failure has occured.
*A hardware failure has occured on the server compute or on your computer.

Try to open the database again from the menu Bar by clicking file,Databse,open.Contact your system manager if u need assistance.

    Hi Vikram,

    I think it is not related to Navision issue .

    Due to network problems some time it happens.

    Be sure that your Network is working fine all time(there is no Time out)

    Note : -
    Check with the ping….is there any time out??…
    Ping 10.203.10.37 –t
    Now or Never

    No suprityo its not a network problem.The network connection is allright they r pinging no time out error is coming.I think that there is an issue in SQL.
