connection fail DD

i am work in company have 10 stores
and running with data director
in H.O replication give me error as the following :


This message is for C/AL programmers :
The call to member AddReceiverEx failed.DDClient returned the following message:
Both server and connection string must be valid.
Check location where serverNane="DD-5000" and connectionstring=’’’’



now the update from H.O to stores not running how can i solve this issue . i already run connection tesy and it's OK and succesful

I don't know H.O replication at all, but I bet money against chestnuts that
