Return Order

Hi all

I want to make Return order but the quantity that I want to make Return order was transferred in another warehouse and now it is closed. How can I make apply to the entries of the initial Purchase order as I can make correct Return order. Do I have to make reverse to the transactions that made initial entries closed for applying?

How can you return something that is closed and you no longer have?

Are you actually returning the item or are you after a finincial credit? What ar you tryng to achieve?

If you purchased those items in one location and then transferred them to another location, then you will need to either return them out of the other location, or transfer them back to the original location. Either way, I don't think you will be able to apply the return to the original item ledger.
