How can I upgrade Nav 20 to Nav 40 SP3?

Hi,

I've searched partner source for the upgrade tool and got a lot of results.
I don't know which one I should use. Can someone post a link? I would appreciate the help.

Another question that I would like to ask is what happens to the custom made tables, forms, reports etc. ?
Does the Tool upgrade these objects also?

You always use the upgrade toolkit that comes with the version that you upgrade to. In your case you would use the 4.0 SP3 version of the upgrade toolkit.
