I'm quite new to Dynamics, have worked as order-admin for 6 months, constantly trying to improve the system and usability at the company I work for. Since I also work in a swedish version, bear with me in trying to explain all the functions, since I do not know the correct names for the functions.
My question:
Is it possible to auto-attach a note when performing a certain action?
Example:
With every new purchaseorder (and/or every packing-slip) created I would like a specifik note (or document) to attach, instead of having to attach it myself when creating the purchase-order (and/or packing-slip).
Tried searching, but didn't find anything resembling my problem. Maybe it's too basic?
