Un-kitting of an item

Ok, here's what happened (NAV 5.0 SP1):

1. An item was kitted and the production order finished out of Location A
2. Afterwards it was decided that we need to ship out Location B
3. How do we now get the components of the kit back into inventory in Location A?

Are you talking about kit function? Or manufacturing production order?

It was made using a production order, which has been finished.

Nope... There isn't a functionality in NAV to undo a finished production order. You will just need to use item journal to adjust the quantities.
