We are experiencing a strange situation. We are using Navision 3.6 (SQL 2000 version). Remote users at one of our branches within another state will post and print sales orders. This works successfully then on say, the 4th or 5th attempt, they do not receive an error but are kicked out of Navision. They log back in and can continue.
They connect via a Citrix connection (4.5 Presentation). We have 23 other branches that are not experiencing the issue so, I do not believe the Citrix client is at fault. I was wondering if reinstalling the Navision client would address the issue but with the client remote (with no IT staff on hand) rebooting their local server may not be an option (or difficult at best).
Any ideas? Would replacing the .etx or .stx files on the server where the issue is occurring possibly address the issue. Or could be a print driver conflict. The strange part is that they successfully post and print but then get kicked out of Navision.
Any thoughts or direction would be appreciated.
Thanks

Also if the user has any unusual other printer driver.
If not, see if you can replace the printer.
By kicked out, they are kicked out of nav or citrix?

Yes, by kicked out, I mean they are logged out of Navision. However, the session is still active as seen from the Citrix Management Console. We have updated the print drivers but still are experiencing the same result. We are suspecting that their internet connection may be at fault (dsl within an office setting) and this is being addressed with an upgrade. However, I was trying to avoid having them go through this expense if there was another issue to address.
