I'm with an administrator login, and I still have the same error message.
what is strange is that the bug is in the CU 5054 the WordHandler function, when I compile the object I don't have any error. That's mean that Navision can find the dll or the ocx of the object. but when he run the process something is bugging.
Hi Mem,
Sorry, I thought the error was to do with E-mailing (OLHandler.dll) but you're problem is the word dll - NSApphandler.dll - can you try to register this one.

Hi Dave
thank you for your help, but the NSApphandler.dll is a V5 dll and I'm working on V4.03, is it safe?
I think your problem is still in word. The error message seems (my french is not great) to indicating that the address or phone number is not in a vaild format.
Look at the variable declaration for WrdDoc. I'm not convinced that it's a development issue - I still think it's now the data being used in the mailmerge.

Something more strange is that the e-mail send works good fore some interaction and don't work for others?

This would confirm that is not the automation that is the problem but the data being sent to the automation. Again from the error message (you could use google, etc to translate), I think it's suggesting the the address format is not valid - possibly the postcode. Compare the data for the working/non-working interactions

It was an office issue, I reinstalled office and now it works good.

Was your client copied or installed?
Your need to register OLHandler.dll from the client directory using Tools -> Custom Controlls

no he was installed.
I will try to reinstall it
I will be back later to give you the result
Thank you
I think that the problem may be caused by a restriction acces to read the dll from program files or windows.
I'm still waiting for the network administrator to change the acces of the users to test

Try re-registering the wordhandler to see if that fixes it. What version of word are you using? is it compatiable with the automation?
