How to Do the Authrization in posting

Can Any one tell me how to do authrization in different user.

you need special permissions for every user? For this you can create your own roles or u use the default roles.
The roles you can find behind Tools -> Security -> Roles -> Permissions (to see the permissions of this role)
If you have define a role you can add this role to a Database Login or to a Windows Login.

Or you mean to "post something under different user than I am logged in"? WHy? And, yes, it can be done, but only with customization. Because everywhere the USERID is used, you will need to use another value instead... but it will not change the permissions regarding that...
